Before the Retreat
- Read Acupuncture and Hormone Balance
While this is by no means mandatory, we do encourage you to read the "Infertility" and "Estrogen and Progesterone" chapters in order have a better understanding of how the treatments you will receive during the Retreat prepares your body and mind for pregnancy. The chapters explain how acupuncture and herbs work from a Western medical point of view and is an accessible and engaging read.
